From the moment I walked into Sweeney Barn, I felt so welcomed and as if I were their most important client. Andrea went above and beyond for my daughter's wedding and her wedding day was perfect! It felt magical and it created such wonderful memories for our family. Andrea has great attention to detail and exceptional planning skills. She connected us with wonderful vendors and from start to finish - on the day of, Glynnis did a wonderful job. We didn't have to think about anything - all the details were covered and we could focus on our special day. We could not be happier and would wholeheartedly recommend this venue.

We went here for my nieces wedding. This place was beautifully decorated! The wedding was downstairs. Reception was upstairs. The tables upstairs were big round ones that seat 10 people each. There was a DJ, dance floor, catering for dinner and dessert. A large deck was located out the doors (upstairs) with tall tables and stools for whatever reason you want to go outside. Mostly, people used the deck to go outside to talk when the DJ music was loud. There is an elevator for people who can't do stairs. The parking lot is large enough for everyone to park their cars. The staff had the best hospitality and manners. I highly recommend this place!

When I traveled to Sweeney Barn for the first time to film a wedding, I thought I was going to the country. I was very surprised when I rolled up at the barn in the middle of Manassas, Virginia. However, Sweeney Barn did not disappoint. The barn has been beautifully restored and I fell in love with it. One of my favorite places here is the silo. Many photos and videos were shot in the silo due to the inclement weather outside that day. The staff were friendly and the food that was served was outstanding. There are plenty of industrial buildings that surround the barn, but there are still plenty of places to shoot bridal portraits outside when the weather is nice. Sweeney Barn, while not in the most rural location, is still a GEM and well worth checking out. I have posted a few screenshots from my video and DRONE. I know I am looking forward to filming here again one day. Keep up the great work Sweeney Barn!

Recently booked the space for a high school prom of 400 students and the venue was perfect. Andrea and her team were highly professional and accommodating. The students were impressed and had an amazing and memorable prom. We are happy to use the space year after year.

EDIT: Well it's been four years since my initial review and after nearly a dozen weddings there I can confirm, Sweeney Barn and their team are phenomenal. So easy to work with, and so many incredible moments have been made there! ---- I am excited to see Sweeney Barn create incredible memories for their wedding clients! I toured the space as it was being built and as a wedding photographer I see opportunities for great images all around the complex. They have created a versatile space that is functional and looks great.

Pictures will never do this place justice. The venue is beautiful inside and out before you put you personal touch on it. Kathy and Lisa were great during our walkthrough. Andrea was great a communicator/coordinator before and after our visit.
